Latvia in ‘red zone’ – ILGA
RIGA — Europe premier gay rights organization has chastized Latvia as one of the least gay-friendly country in the EU. The report, released by ILGA-Europe, put Cyprus in the worst position, followed by Italy, Latvia and Malta.
