This is for a class of mine that I am having trouble with. The teacher has given a list of citys that need to be placed on the map (okay easy enough) but the catch is that the MAJOR CITIES need to be in BLUE pen and the CAPITAL CITIES in RED.
What’s that supposed to mean? Aren’t they all just cities anyway?
The list is :
1. Glasgow9. Lyon17. Cologne
2. Edinburgh 10. Genoa18. Istanbul
3. Manchester 11. Milan19. St. Petersburg
4. Birmingham 12. Florence20. Odessa
5. Belfast 13. Venice21. Volgograd
6. Barcelona 14. Palermo22. Kiev
7. Seville 15. Rotterdam23. Minsk
8. Marseille 16. Munich24. Murmansk
If anyone is good at European history could you plase help me distinguish the difference and tell me which would be in blue (major)and which in red (capital). You can just list the numbers if you want. then I will find where they are in Europe and label away
